The Founder

Kelly A. Monaghan has over twenty years of experience in management and consulting for businesses and organizations of all sizes.   She has worked as a senior financial and operations manager for an organic chocolate company in Boston and Brussels.  Hands-on experience working in the United States, Europe and Latin America has provided Kelly with a global network in the industry encompassing grower groups, production facilities through to sales and marketing organizations.

Kelly is an Accredited Process Inspector Member of the International Organic Inspectors’ Association.  She has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto and serves on the boards of various organizations within the organic, fair trade and natural foods industries.
